Consulting

I work with founders and creative teams who want to grow fast without breaking things. I sit somewhere between strategist, systems thinker, and builder, which means I usually end up in the gap between what a business needs and what its tools can actually do.

Most operational problems look technical but are actually human - I've spent over a decade scaling companies and that pattern holds every time. Building systems that people want to use, inside organisations that are moving too fast to stop and think about it - that's the interesting bit.

Operations
Systems design, workflow automation, tooling audits, vendor management - building the operational infrastructure that lets everything else actually work
Custom Builds
Workspace architecture, CRM systems, dashboards, internal tools - Notion, Slack, Airtable, or whatever platform fits your team
Strategy
Figuring out what the business actually is and where it's going - go-to-market, positioning, pricing, growth roadmaps
Operational Mapping
Workflow documentation, SOP creation, capacity planning, onboarding systems (because 'ask Sarah, she knows' isn't a process)
Research
Consumer research, survey methodology, pricing analysis, user research
AI Enablement
Agentic workflows, prompt engineering, API integrations, automation with guardrails
Software
Designing and building platforms, tools, and apps from the ground up - architecture, stack decisions, and delivery
People
Hiring frameworks, organisational design, culture building, compensation benchmarking, onboarding, performance systems, engagement programmes
Marketing
Campaign planning, content strategy, brand activations, event ops, performance analytics and attribution
I help founders turn what's in their head into something that actually runs, without killing the energy that made the thing good in the first place.

I studied anthropology because I wanted to understand why people do what they do, then spent the next decade-and-a-bit inside companies as they grew from a handful of people to thousands - building the systems, hiring the teams, figuring out the operational stuff nobody warns you about. Now I build things and consult for creative businesses in London.
