I work with founders and creative teams who want to grow fast without breaking things. I sit somewhere between strategist, systems thinker, and builder, which means I usually end up in the gap between what a business needs and what its tools can actually do.
Most operational problems look technical but are actually human - I've spent over a decade scaling companies and that pattern holds every time. Building systems that people want to use, inside organisations that are moving too fast to stop and think about it - that's the interesting bit.
I studied anthropology because I wanted to understand why people do what they do, then spent the next decade-and-a-bit inside companies as they grew from a handful of people to thousands - building the systems, hiring the teams, figuring out the operational stuff nobody warns you about. Now I build things and consult for creative businesses in London.
